According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2023, the net migration for Utah was 27,914. Utah County had the highest net migration (11,714) followed by Washington County (4,243), and Davis County (1,572). On the other hand, Summit County had the lowest net migration (-411), followed by Beaver County (-104), and San Juan County (-47).

Net migration for a county refers to the difference between the number of migrants, both domestic and international, moving to the county and those leaving the county. Or to put it simply, the net migration for a given county is the inbound migration minus the outbound migration for that county.
