Florida Net Migration By County in 2022

According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2022, the net migration for Florida was 570,382. Miami-Dade County had the highest net migration (39,402) followed by Lee County (35,852), and Hillsborough County (35,477). On the other hand, Bradford County had the lowest net migration (-734), followed by Baker County (-629), and Union County (-253).

Net migration for a county refers to the difference between the number of migrants, both domestic and international, moving to the county and those leaving the county. Or to put it simply, the net migration for a given county is the inbound migration minus the outbound migration for that county.
