According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2022, the net international migration for Vermont was 1,929. Chittenden County had the highest net international migration (1,261) followed by Addison County (144), and Windsor County (121). On the other hand, Orleans County had the lowest net international migration (-3), followed by Essex County (0), and Grand Isle County (6).
