According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2018, the net international migration for Texas was 69,138. Harris County had the highest net international migration (25,591) followed by Dallas County (9,951), and Tarrant County (5,402). On the other hand, Hidalgo County had the lowest net international migration (-240), followed by El Paso County (-118), and Cameron County (-111).
