According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2023, the net international migration for Oklahoma was 11,835. Tulsa County had the highest net international migration (4,162) followed by Oklahoma County (3,232), and Cleveland County (1,085). On the other hand, Murray County had the lowest net international migration (-1), followed by Hughes County (-1), and Coal County (-1).
