According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2023, the net international migration for Minnesota was 24,328. Hennepin County had the highest net international migration (8,201) followed by Ramsey County (4,236), and Dakota County (1,697). On the other hand, Lake County had the lowest net international migration (-1), followed by Mille Lacs County (0), and Kanabec County (0).
