According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2024, the net domestic migration rate for Texas was 2.75. Loving County had the highest net domestic migration rate (63.83) followed by Kaufman County (47.63), and Liberty County (45.16). On the other hand, Kenedy County had the lowest net domestic migration rate (-76.36), followed by Ochiltree County (-34.17), and Hartley County (-33.36).
