According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2024, the net domestic migration for Utah was 3,220. Utah County had the highest net domestic migration (5,031) followed by Washington County (4,178), and Tooele County (1,625). On the other hand, Salt Lake County had the lowest net domestic migration (-10,002), followed by Summit County (-327), and Cache County (-185).

Net Domestic Migration for a given county refers to the the difference between number of people moving to the county from other parts of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico) and number of people moving out of the county to other parts of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico).
