According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2023, the net domestic migration for Ohio was -967. Delaware County had the highest net domestic migration (3,588) followed by Union County (2,350), and Lorain County (2,280). On the other hand, Franklin County had the lowest net domestic migration (-12,379), followed by Cuyahoga County (-7,311), and Hamilton County (-3,216).
