According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2021, the net domestic migration for Maryland was -17,763. Frederick County had the highest net domestic migration (6,803) followed by Harford County (1,958), and Charles County (1,563). On the other hand, Prince George's County had the lowest net domestic migration (-14,320), followed by Montgomery County (-11,912), and Baltimore city (-6,643).
