Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2020, there were 523,559 hispanics or latinos (of all racial backgrounds) in Ohio and they represented 4.44% of the total population of Ohio in 2020.

Franklin County had the highest number of hispanics or latinos (91,336), followed by Cuyahoga County (83,529), and Hamilton County (36,370). On the other hand, Monroe County had the lowest number of hispanics or latinos (78), followed by Vinton County (100), and Morgan County (137).

When it comes to the ratio of hispanic to non-hispanic population, Lorain County had the highest percentage (10.55%), followed by Defiance County (10.36%), and Sandusky County (10.36%).
