Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2021, there were 389,675 hispanics or latinos (of all racial backgrounds) in Kansas and they represented 13.26% of the total population of Kansas in 2021.

Sedgwick County had the highest number of hispanics or latinos (84,582), followed by Wyandotte County (55,807), and Johnson County (55,548). On the other hand, Jewell County had the lowest number of hispanics or latinos (70), followed by Smith County (86), and Woodson County (87).

When it comes to the ratio of hispanic to non-hispanic population, Seward County had the highest percentage (66.58%), followed by Ford County (58.14%), and Grant County (52.9%).
