Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2017, there were 88,549 hispanics or latinos (of all racial backgrounds) in Delaware and they represented 9.24% of the total population of Delaware in 2017.

New Castle County had the highest number of hispanics or latinos (55,525), followed by Sussex County (20,487), and Kent County (12,537). On the other hand, Kent County had the lowest number of hispanics or latinos (12,537), followed by Sussex County (20,487), and New Castle County (55,525).

When it comes to the ratio of hispanic to non-hispanic population, New Castle County had the highest percentage (9.98%), followed by Sussex County (9.12%), and Kent County (7.09%).
