Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2015, there were 1,951,435 people that identified as Hispanic White alone in Illinois and they represented 15.18% of the total population of Illinois in 2015. Cook County had the highest number of Hispanic White alone population (1,188,623), followed by Kane County (152,611), and Lake County (133,303). On the other hand, Calhoun County had the lowest number of Hispanic White alone (50), followed by Scott County (53), and Edwards County (63).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identified as Hispanic White alone, Kane County had the highest percentage (28.87%), followed by Cook County (22.67%), and Lake County (18.92%).
