Philadelphia County had the highest number of Hispanic Black or African American alone female population (24,202), followed by Lehigh County (6,561), and Berks County (5,828).

On the other hand, Sullivan County had the lowest Hispanic Black or African American alone female population (1), followed by Cameron County (1), and Fulton County (3).
