Tulsa County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native alone male population (18,037), followed by Oklahoma County (11,219), and Cherokee County (7,840).

On the other hand, Cimarron County had the lowest Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native alone male population (16), followed by Harper County (19), and Harmon County (24).
