Philadelphia County had the highest number of Hispanic White alone male population (77,453), followed by Lehigh County (32,481), and Berks County (31,808).

On the other hand, Cameron County had the lowest Hispanic White alone male population (19), followed by Sullivan County (67), and Fulton County (75).
