According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2012, the death rate for Colorado was 6.34. Baca had the highest death rate (18.93), followed by Huerfano (16.19), and Sedgwick (16.01). On the other hand, Eagle had the lowest death rate (1.88), followed by Summit (1.99), and Pitkin (2.78).
