Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2021, the population of the United States was 332,099,760. Among all US states, California had the highest population (39,142,565), followed by Texas (29,570,351), and then Florida (21,831,949). Wyoming was the least populated state with a population of 579,636.
