Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2019, the Asian Alone female population in Alabama was 39,751 and represented 1.57% of the total Alabama female population (2,536,133).

Among Alabama counties, Jefferson County had the highest Asian Alone female population (6,246), followed by Madison County (5,542), and Mobile County (4,600).
