Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2021, the Black or African American Alone population in Oregon was 96,909 and represented 2.28% of the total Oregon population (4,256,465).

Among Oregon counties, Multnomah County had the highest number of people who identified as Black or African American Alone (48,691), followed by Washington County (16,486), and Marion County (5,691). Wheeler County had the lowest (4).
