Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2019, the Asian Alone male population in Ohio was 144,225 and represented 2.52% of the total Ohio male population (5,733,873).

Among Ohio counties, Franklin County had the highest Asian Alone male population (37,763), followed by Cuyahoga County (20,397), and Hamilton County (12,057).
