Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2015, the White Alone male population in Missouri was 2,496,192 and represented 83.73% of the total Missouri male population (2,981,334).

Among Missouri counties, St. Louis County had the highest White Alone male population (335,716), followed by Jackson County (236,685), and St. Charles County (171,452).
