Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2023, the White Alone male population in Kentucky was 1,941,889 and represented 86.57% of the total Kentucky male population (2,243,135).

Among Kentucky counties, Jefferson County had the highest White Alone male population (265,542), followed by Fayette County (119,470), and Kenton County (76,871).
