According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2018, the number of births for Ohio was 136,942. Franklin had the highest number of births (18,647), followed by Cuyahoga (14,315), and Hamilton (10,737) On the other hand, Monroe had the lowest number of births (117), followed by Noble (147), and Vinton (153).
