According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2024, the number of births for Michigan was 99,589. Wayne had the highest number of births (20,184), followed by Oakland (12,241), and Macomb (8,466) On the other hand, Keweenaw had the lowest number of births (18), followed by Ontonagon (22), and Luce (38).
