According to the US Census Bureau Vintage data estimates, in 2023, the birth rate for California was 10.48. Yuba had the highest birth rate (14.21), followed by Tulare (14.1), and Imperial (13.79). On the other hand, Sierra had the lowest birth rate (4.69), followed by Alpine (5.23), and Modoc (6.17).
