Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2018, the US Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population was 27,593,035 and represented 12.05% of the total US citizen voting-age population.

Among all US states and DC, California had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (7.37M), followed by Texas (5.24M), and Florida (2.86M).

In terms of percentages, New Mexico had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (42.15%), followed by Texas (29.36%), and California (29.23%).
