Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2018, the US Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen population was 45,064,110 and represented 14.99% of the total US citizen population.

Among all US states and DC, California had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen population (11.91M), followed by Texas (8.67M), and Florida (4.02M).

In terms of percentages, New Mexico had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (46.44%), followed by California (35.07%), and Texas (34.85%).
