Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2016, the US Non-Hispanic Asian Alone citizen voting-age population was 9,008,655 and represented 4.01% of the total US citizen voting-age population.

Among all US states and DC, California had the highest Non-Hispanic Asian Alone citizen voting-age population (3.23M), followed by New York (840.67K), and Texas (579.21K).

In terms of percentages, Hawaii had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Asian Alone (38.14%), followed by California (13.15%), and Nevada (7.19%).
