According to the FBI UCR data, in 2024, there were 80,894 total arrests made in the US for liquor laws offenses.

By Race: The highest number of those arrested were identified as White (61.53K), followed by Black or African American (13.04K), and American Indian or Alaska Native (4.54K).

By Ethnicity: Ethnicity information was reported for 64,645 (80%) of those arrested. Among those for whom ethnicity was reported, the highest number were identified as Not Hispanic or Latino (50.48K), followed by Hispanic or Latino (14.17K).
