According to the FBI UCR data, in 2015, among New Mexico cities with a population of at least 10K, Gallup had the highest Larceny Theft Crime Rate per 100K residents (7,138.75), followed by Clovis (4,376.01), Deming (4,084.44), Albuquerque (4,076.67), and Las Cruces (4,027.31).
