According to the FBI UCR data, in 2015, among New Mexico cities with a population of at least 10K, Portales had the highest Arson Crime Rate per 100K residents (49.18), followed by Roswell (45.24), Espanola (39.6), Las Vegas (37.34), and Gallup (35.36).
