According to data from the World Bank, the annual inflation rate of Yemen as measured by the consumer prices index was 8.11% in 2015. A difference of -2.86 (26.07% decrease) compared to 2014.

The World Bank defines inflation measured by the consumer price index as "the annual percentage change in the cost to the average consumer of acquiring a basket of goods and services that may be fixed or changed at specified intervals, such as yearly".
