THE INVOLVED HELMETS MAY FAIL TO COMPLY WITH FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 218, "MOTORCYCLE HELMETS". THIS IS DUE TO AN IMPROPER LINER USED IN THE HELMETS.
