THE INVOLVED VEHICLES HAVE AIR BRAKE HOSES WHICH FAIL TO MEET THE ADHESION REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 106, "BRAKE HOSES".
