THESE VEHICLES DO NOT HAVE A 17 DIGIT VEHICLE IDENTIFICATION NUMBER ATTACHED, HAVE INCORRECT WINDSHIELD MATERIAL AND MARKINGS, AND NO CERTIFICATION LABEL.
