LIGHTING AND COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEMS

THE INVOLVED VEHICLES WERE NOT EQUIPPED WITH REAR SIDE REFLECTORS, REAR SIDE MARKER LAMPS, FRONT AND REAR CLEARANCE LAMPS AND REAR IDENTIFICATION LAMPS. THIS CONSTITUTES A NON-COMPLIANCE TO FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 108, "LAMPS, REFLECTIVE DEVICES, AND ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT".
