THE FUSING OF THE RELAY POINTS CAUSES THE TURN SIGNALSYSTEM TO BECOME INOPERATIVE AND THE BUS OPERATOR IS UNABLE TO ADEQUATELY SIGNALTURNS TO MOTORING TRAFFIC.
Corrective Action:
INSTALL NEW TURN SIGNAL RELAYS.
