REAR LAMPS DO NOT MEET THE MAXIMUM INTENSITY REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD 108, "LAMPS, REFLECTIVE DEVICES AND ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT". THE LAMPS PRODUCE TOO MUCH LIGHT.
