Loss of Brake Function from Brake Line Fracture

Malibu Boats, LLC (Malibu Boats) is recalling certain 2021-2026 Triple Axle Boat Trailers. The brake line may fracture at the connection point to the caliper, causing a loss of brake function.

Consequence Summary:

A loss of brake function increases the risk of a crash.

Corrective Action:

Dealers will repair the brake lines, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed September 8, 2025. Owners may contact Malibu Boats customer service at 1-865-458-5478.
