THE INVOLVED VEHICLES FAIL TO COMPLY WITH FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 108, "LAMPS, REFLECTIVE DEVICES AND ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT". TAIL, STOP AND LICENSE PLATE LIGHT ASSEMBLY WAS NOT INSTALLED AND FRONT AND REAR SIDE REFLECTORS WERE OMITTED.
