HANDLE BARS COULD SEPARATE FROM THE HOLDER RESULTING INLOSS OF DRIVER CONTROL WITH POTENTIAL FOR AN ACCIDENT.

REPLACE HOLDER ASSEMBLY WITH REVISED HOLDER DESIGN THAT USES TWO BOLTS.
