Helmet may not Stay Fastened on Head

J-Tech Corporation (J-Tech) is recalling certain Icon Alliance Dark, Alliance GT Rubatone, and Alliance GT Horror motorcycle helmets in sizes XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL, and XXXL. The helmets may have faulty stitching on the webbing possibly allowing the D-rings to separate from the chin strap.

Consequence Summary:
In the event of a crash, the helmet may not stay secured to the rider's head, increasing the risk of injury.
Corrective Action:
J-Tech will notify owners, and will provide replacement helmets, free of charge. The recall began on November 13, 2017. Owners should contact Parts Unlimited at 1-800-369-1000 or by email at helmets@parts-unltd.com for information on returning the helmet for a replacement one.
