IF WATER WERE TO ENTER THE HEADLAMP ENCLOSURE THROUGH THE REPLACEMENT BULB, THE REFLECTIVE COATING WOULD DEGRADE OVER TIME. EFFICIENCY OF THE REFLECTIVE COATING WOULD BE REDUCED.

Corrective Action:

PHILLIPS WILL REPLACE THE NONCOMPLYING HEADLAMP ASSEMBLIES WITH NEW HEADLAMP ASSEMBLIES.
