TAG AXLE SADDLES ARE SUBJECT TO BREAK LOOSE FROM THE AXLES AT THE WELDS DUE TO CONCENTRATED STRESS. CONSEQUENCE OF DEFECT: THIS COULD RESULT IN LOSS OF CONTROL OF THE TRUCK.
