Corrective Action:

COOPER WILL NOTIFY OWNERS AND REPLACE THE TIRES FREE OF CHARGE. THE RECALL BEGAN ON JULY 10, 2007. OWNERS CAN CONTACT COOPER'S CUSTOMER RELATIONS AT 800-854-6288.
