THIS COULD RESULT IN SUDDEN HEADLIGHTS FAILURE WITHOUTPRIOR WARNING WITH THE POTENTIAL FOR AN ACCIDENT.

Corrective Action:

REPLACE HEADLIGHT SWITCH, IF NECESSARY, AND MODIFY HEADLIGHT SWITCH WIRING HARNESS.
