THE INVOLVED VEHICLES DO NOT CONFORM TO FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 110, "TIRE SELECTION AND RIMS". THE TIRES INSTALLED ON SPECIFIED WHEELS OF THIS VEHICLE ARE OF INCORRECT SIZE.

SUSPENSION:INDEPENDENT FRONT:BEARING WHEEL
BECAUSE OF AN IMPROPER STAMPING PROCEDURE DURING MANUFACTURE, DEFECTS EXIST WHICH PREVENT WASHERS FROM ROTATING ON SPINDLE. IF THESE WASHERS ARE NOT REPLACED, AN EXCESSIVE CLEARANCE WILL RESULT, LEADING TO BEARING FAILURE. IN EXTREME CASES THIS CAN RESULT IN SHEARING OF THE FRONT STUB AXLE.
