Product Name: Octa Crystal Pendant light fixtures
Recall Description:

This recall involves Swarovski Octa Crystal Pendant light fixtures. The single and triple pendant fixtures come in black and white. The pendant light fixtures measure about 6 inches tall by 3 inches wide by 3 inches long.  The light fixtures hang from a 59-inch electric cord and fixture canopy. Model number A9950NR700126, A9950NR700127, A9950NR700130 or A9950NR700131 is printed on the product label inside of the fixture canopy.

Hazard Description:

The crystal in the light fixture can detach and fall if damaged during shipment, posing an impact hazard.

Units: About 280 (in addition, about 85 were sold in Canada)
Incidents:

The firm has received 10 reports of the crystal detaching from the light fixture and falling. No injuries have been reported.

Capitol Lighting, Farrey’s Lighting and Bath, Lighting Palace, New York Lighting and other lighting showroom retailers and online at www.1800lighting.com, www.ylighting.com and www.lumens.com from January 2010 through January 2016 for between $800 and $1,000.
